Background:
Willard and Wilma/Wilfred live in a society dominated by the rich and a sick idea of what beauty should be. They work as black market organ and tissue harvesters, stealing from the rich and selling to the poor at moderate prices. Willard is a business man. Before turning to his new profession, he worked for some flashy company selling stuff people don't need and convincing them they want it. So his skills transferred over pretty well when it came to selling on the black market. His sister Wilma... or possibly brother, Wilfred, who has had so much plastic surgery it is hard to tell if he is a man or a woman, or what it was originally, grew up with a gender complex. The media didn't help, shoving this distorted idea of beauty down her throat since a young age and with the ability to change ones gender and appearance at the swish of a scalpel, it just became to easy for Wilma to become whatever she wanted! Before earning an "honest" days work as an organ harvester, Wilma used to earn little money at a meat works factory, spending every last cent on dodgy plastic surgery until she was deemed, "too disgusting" to come into work anymore. Thus where she got her mad skills for carving people up.
